Being e-commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process the stock is exhausted.In the event that there is a breakage in stock of the product, from www.stockpadel.com will contact you to inform you of the situation, indicating, on the one hand, the approximate delivery date on which the order will be supplied, without price increase, and on the other hand, you will be offered the option of sending you a product with characteristics similar to or higher than the one that was initially ordered, the client may exercise their rights of withdrawal and resolution in the same terms as if it were the good initially required.
If the stock breakage is final and the customer will not accept any of the proposed options, the amount paid for it will be paid in full in accordance with current regulations.
The delivery time corresponds to that indicated in the table of shipping conditions, provided that we have stock of the products ordered and the payment method is PayPal or card. If your payment method is bank transfer, the shipping process will start once the payment has been received with the reference of the order in the account of Stock Padel S.L.
– Orders within Europe will take between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
– For orders outside Europe the shipment will always be made with DHL Express, and the estimated delivery time can vary from 2 to 5 days.
– Orders for Spain and Portugal will take between 24 and 48 business hours.

Yes. Before making the payment, we give you the option to put a shipping address different from the one with which you registered.
Once you put a delivery address and confirm the shipping order it is not possible to change it. But you can contact us to try our best to info@sportlet.net
If after 2 attempts it is impossible for us to deliver your order, the goods will return to our warehouse and you will have 2 options:
Order another shipment to the same address or to a new address, and in this case the shipping costs will be charged
Ask for the refund of the money, and in this case the price of the merchandise will be returned minus the shipping costs and the costs of returning the product ($ 5.95 within Spain, $14.95 for the rest of Europe and € 49 for the rest of the world).
If you want to receive your order within mainland Spain and wish to export it later to any country outside the European Union, you must select the correct delivery country (Spain) at the top left of our store. Add any item to your basket. When choosing the delivery option, the final price will be displayed and you will be charged directly for the price of the item, including VAT and shipping costs. When exporting the item outside the European Union, you can claim VAT using the TAX FREE form.
Once you have completed your order, please send us immediately to the email info@sportlet.net all the necessary data such as the final address of the country you are going to, your date of birth and your passport number.
Once we have received all the necessary information, we will send you the TAX-FREE form to be stamped as you pass through customs. Later we can make the refund of taxes.
